| Summary: | katedra: KAR; přílohy: 2x CD ROM, 1x architektonický model; rozsah: 50 s. The thesis deals with the housing of the elderly in Litomysl. The aim of the work is to design a form of housing that does not exclude the elderly from the surrounding society and enclose them into large complexes but, on the contrary, integrates them. Specific character of each occupant and his/her various requirements on the housing is respected. In particular, it promotes the possibility to live as long as possible in their own homes; in a place that they know well. All three of the proposed forms of housing are located on abandoned land in the centre of the town Litomyšl. The first form of housing is the low occupancy nursing home offering accommodation for people who are unable to take care of themselves. It also offers services to clients from the surrounding area (i.e; dining room, rehabilitation, laundry). Other forms of housing are co-housing and sheltered housing. Both of these forms are based on the maximum support for the autonomy of the elderly, and on their mutual assistance. Nursing and care services in both of these forms are outsourced from a nearby nursing homes. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bydlení seniorů v Litomyšli. Cílem práce je navrhnout takovou formu bydlení, která seniory neselektuje od okolní společnosti a neuzavírá je do velkých komplexů, ale naopak je integruje. Je akceptován charakter každého člověka a s ním spojené odlišné požadavky na bydlení. Především je podporována možnost bydlet co nejdéle ve vlastním bytě; v místě které dobře znají. Všechny tři navržené formy bydlení jsou umístěny na nevyužívaných pozemcích v centru města Litomyšl. První formou bydlení je malokapacitní dům s pečovatelskou službou nabízející bydlení především pro lidi, kteří se již nedokáží sami o sebe postarat. Současně jsou zde nabízeny služby klientům z okolí (jídelna, rehabilitace, prádelna). Dalšími formami bydlení je co-housing a chráněné bydlení.
