Ce colloque voulait faire une large place aux cultures autochtones des territoires du Nord en travaillant sur le rôle fondamental des mythes et des récits dans l'éducation traditionnelle et dans l'équilibre écosystémique. Under the heading “Telling our stories”, this second issue of Volume 7 of the Canadian Journal of Environmental Education (CJEE) presents the acts of the Annual Colloquium of the Canadian Network for Environmental Education and Communication held in summer 2001 in Whitehorse, Yukon. The colloquium wanted to place a lot of emphasis on indigenous cultures in the northern territories by working on the fundamental role of myths and narratives in traditional education and in the ecosystem balance. |
