Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli yhteensä viiden Kolarin kunnan omistaman kiinteistön vanhojen pohjapiirustusten digitointi eli muuttaminen sähköiseen dwg-tiedostomuotoon. Toimeksiantopyyntö tuli tehtävään Kolarin kunnalta ja haastattelun kautta valikoiduin työn tekijäksi. Käytännön osuus piti sisällään tarkemittaukset ja katselmukset paikan päällä sekä tämän jälkeen vanhojen piirustusten digitoinnin. Työn kohteena olevat kiinteistöt ovat kokeneet sisäisiä muutoksia vuosien aikana ja kaikkia näitä muutoksia ei ollut kirjattu muistiin piirustuksiin. Yksi työn tavoitteista oli myös saada kuvat ajan tasalle ja vastaamaan nykytilannetta. Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi myös teknisen piirtämisen historiaa ja kehitystä aina nykytilanteeseen asti. Työssä on myös pohdintaa rakennusteknisten piirustusten päivitysten ja ajan tasaisuuden merkityksestä rakentamisessa. The aim of this thesis study was to digitize the old floor plans of a total of five properties owned by Kolari municipality and to convert them to electronic dwg-file format. The commission request came from the municipality of Kolari and through an interview the author was selected to do the work. The practical part included detailed measurements and inspections on site, and then the digitization of the old drawings. The properties that were the subject of the study have experienced small internal changes over the years but not all of these changes were fixed in the drawings. The pictures were also brought up to date and the current situation was reflected. The thesis also reviews the history and development of technical drawing up to the present day. The thesis also includes a reflection on the importance of updates in construction business.
