Yhtenäinen tietopaketti puuttuu, joten perehdytyskansiolle on selkeä tarve ja tilaus työelämästä. Perehdytyskansion tekemisen lähtökohtana ovat Lapin sairaanhoitopiirin ensihoitokeskuksen työntekijöiden tarpeet. Aiheen valintaa tukee lisäksi sosiaali- ja terveysministeriön 2015- kansanterveysohjelman tavoite työ- ja toimintakyvyn edistämisestä. Aikaisemmin on tehty useita perehdytyskansioita eri sairaankuljetusyrityksille mutta työpaikkojen erilaisuudesta johtuen perehdyttämisen tulee olla omaan työpaikkaan kohdistettua. Tästä syystä muihin sairaankuljetusyrityksiin laaditut perehdytyskansiot eivät soveltuneet Lapin sairaanhoitopiirin ensihoitokeskuksen tarpeisiin, joten päädyttiin laatimaan oma. Toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö toteutettiin projektityönä ja sen tavoitteena oli tuottaa Lapin sairaanhoitopiirin käyttöön perehdytyskansio, jonka tarkoituksena on syventää nykyistä suullista perehdyttämisprosessia, helpottaa ensihoidon toimintaan liittyvän tiedon löytymistä sekä selkeyttää sairaankuljetustoiminnassa parhaillaan tapahtuvia muutoksia. Perehdytyskansion tarkoitus on taata kaikille työntekijöille yhtenäinen tiedonsaanti ja siten lisätä hoitotyön laatua ja potilasturvallisuutta. Perehdytyskansion on tarkoitus olla jokapäiväiseen toimintaan soveltuva, selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen tietopaketti, joka on helposti päivitettävissä. Opinnäytetyön teoreettisessa viitekehyksessä selvitetään ensihoidon keskeisiä käsitteitä sekä hyvän perehdyttämisen periaatteita ja merkitystä ammattitaitoon ja siten myös potilasturvallisuuteen. Työmenetelmänä käytettiin tiedon keruuta eri kirjallisuuslähteistä. Suuri määrä tietoa tiivistettiin tietopaketiksi. Kerätyn tiedon soveltuvuutta arviointiin perehdytyskansion näkökulmasta . Tuloksena on tavoitteen mukainen selkeä ja yhtenäinen tietopaketti. Työntekijöiden sekä opiskelijoiden perehdytyskansiosta antama palaute on ollut hyvin positiivista. Perehdytyskansio on koettu selkeäksi ja hyvin perehdytystarpeita vastaavaksi. At the moment orientation in the center take place orally and with separate instructions. There is no monolith package of information, so there is self-explanatory need and order for the orientation guide. The starting points of making the orientation guide are the needs of the employees in the Lapland Hospital emergency care center. The choice of the topic is further supported by the public health objectives 2015 of the Social and Health Ministry and the program of advancing work and operational capacity. Previously there has been a number of different orientation guides made for different ambulance companies, but the differences between working places require separately targeted orientation. For this reason previous other orientation guides were not suitable for needs of the Lapland Hospital emergency care, making it reasonable to form one of their own. Functionally the thesis was carried out as a project and the aim was to produce an orientation guide for Lapland Hospital. The goals are to deepen the existing oral orientation process, to make the emergency medical information easier to find, as well as to clarify the changes which are currently happening in the transportation of patient. The purpose of this guidebook is to guarantee solid information to all employees and thereby increase the quality of nursing care and patient safety. The produced material is intended to be useful in everyday activities, as well as articulate and handy, with data that is easily updated. The theoretical framework describes the key concepts of primary care, principles of good orientation and meaning for professional skills and to patient safety. The work method was data collection from different written sources. The suitability of the collected information was evaluated by the perspective of orientation. A large amount of data is summarized in to the information package, targeting to a solid data package. Employees´ as well as students´ feedback of the guidebook has been very positive. The new guidebook has been considered as clear and responding well to the needs of orientation.
