| Summary: | Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena oli ABB Service Oy kunnossapidon toimintopaikka hierarkian tehdyt muutokset Norilsk Nickel Oy Harjavalta toimintopaikkahierarkiaan. 1.1.2009 ABB Service Oy siirtyi käyttämään kunnossapitojärjestelmänä Maximo 6-järjestelmää. Ennen tiedon siirtoa vanhasta järjestelmästä uuteen oli havaittu tarve toimintopaikkahierarkian muutokseen. Laitteiden toiminnoille haluttiin saada lisää tasoja, jotka mahdollistaisivat tarkemman kustannus- ja kunnossapitotietojen seuraamisen sekä helpomman tavan poistaa ja siirtää laitteita toimintopaikoilta. Siirtymää varten Maximo 4:ssä olevat tiedot muutettiin tehdasmallin määrittämään muotoon Maximo 6:sta varten. Nyt vuonna 2010 hierarkian alkaessa olla valmis, alkaa projektin viimeinen vaihe eli jo tehdyn dokumentointi. Maintenance location hierarchy. The purpose of this thesis was to show how the maintenance location hierarchy of ABB Oy Service for Norilsk Nickel Oy Harjavalta was changed. ABB Oy Service started using a new maintenance system, the Maximo 6 system, on 1 January 2009. Before data was transferred from the old system to the new, there was a need to improve the location hierarchy. They wanted more tiers for assets functions. These tiers would allow more accurate following of costs and maintenance information and an easier way to remove and move assets from locations. For the data transfer from Maximo 4 to Maximo 6, information in Maximo 4 was changed to match the definition that was given in the factory standard. Now in 2010, when the hierarchy is almost finished, it is time to start the final phase of the project,which is documenting the changes that were made.
