Summary:Map shows major cities and boundary lines; Russian Territory [Alaska], British Territory, Greenland, "Guatimala"; boundary lines and lettering for Mexico extending north to forty-second line of latitude, but coloration of area labeled "New or Upper California" and extending across Texas appears to have been changed shortly after initial coloring, as color used for Mexico [pale yellow] and the U.S. [bluish green] overlap to produce a slightly greener shade; U.S. Mexico boundary along the Gila River and the Rio Bravo del Norte [Rio Grande].
