Summary:On the basis of a critical analysis of the materials of “Liquidation of the accumulated ecological damage in the Arctic: on the way cooperation between business and power” panel session in the frames of VII International Forum “The Arctic to Day and in Future” conducted in St. Petersburg on December 4–6, 2017 the article covers the main our day problems in the process of “cleaning the Arctic zone of Russia”. The main gaps in the legal aspects as well as problems of cadres for conducting the process of liquidation of the accumulated damage to natural environment are discussed.
