| Summary: | Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: Использование опыта разрешения территориальных споров в Арктике в условиях продолжающегося таяния многолетних льдов Объект исследования: взаимодействие государств в Арктике в условиях таяния льдов Северного ледовитого океана, предмет - территориальные споры в Арктике и пути их решения, цель работы - выявление наиболее острых противоречий государств в Арктике и опыта для их разрешения в будущем Работа состоит из введения, трех глав, разделенных на параграфы и заключения, также прилагаются карты участков Арктики Первая глава посвящена определению правового статуса Арктики и интересов государств в этом регионе, во второй главе описываются основные территориальные споры в Арктике и анализируется опыт разрешения спора в Баренцевом море как примера мирного урегулирования конфликта в Арктике. В третьей главе определяются возможные пути решения существующих конфликтов и рассматривается возможность общего договора об Арктике на примере проекта Соглашения по предупреждению нерегулируемого промысла в центральной части Северного ледовитого океана. Secondly, the project of the Agreement to protect central Arctic ocean fisheries is considered as an example for the future general agreement of the Arctic. Сonclusion сontains the main theses about evolution of legal frameworks for adjustment of the Arctic.
