| Summary: | The main goal of this research is to identify what are the main decisive factors the government organizations have behind the adoption of cloud computing technologies. In order to accomplish the goal the case study method was chosen as a main research method. The case organization is the government organization – Regional center of Sakha Republic e-government IT-infrastructure which is considering the transition from traditional government IT-infrastructure to cloud technologies and currently implementing project of virtualization, enabling technology for cloud. To reveal decisive factors series of interviews were held with case study participants, the main risks and benefits associated with project were discussed and using modified DEMATEL approach were divided into cause and effect factors to help decision-makers to identify the foremost benefits and concerns to plan their further actions. Основной целью данной работы является выявление факторов, влияющих на решение о применении правительственных организаций технологий облачных вычислений. Работа была написана на примере государственной организации – Регионального центра управления ИТ-инфраструктурой электронного правительства Республики Саха (Якутия), которая рассматривает облачные технологии как способные помочь для развития электронного правительства и которая в настоящее время планирует осуществление проекта виртуализации и в дальнейшем создания своей облачной инфраструктуры. Для анализа существующей ИТ-инфрастуктуры были проведены серии интервью с участниками исследования, далее риски и преимущества предстоящего проекта были обсуждены для построения диаграммы при помощи метода DEMATEL для поддержки принятия решений.
