Changes in fluorescence intensities at distinct concentrations of acrylamide are presented as the ratio of the maximum fluorescence intensity without acrylamide (F 0 ) to that under increasing acrylamide concentrations (0.1–0.5 M). The data presented are the means ± S.D. of three experiments.
