(b) Residual PaE activity in the solution of partially purified PaE containing 20% ethanol. Partially purified PaE obtained by preparation with the combination of ammonium sulfate precipitation and ethanol precipitation was dissolved in 20% ethanol and stored at 4°C or RT for 230 days.
