Description
Summary:Phylogenetic tree of Anaplasma species identified in rodents of Franceville. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the Maximum Likelihood method based on the Hasegawa-Kishino-Yano model. The analysis involved 24 nucleotide sequences. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. There were a total of 420 positions in the final dataset. Sequences obtained in this study are indicated in bold. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA7. The hosts are indicated after the underscore. Ls , Lemniscomys striatus Rr , Rattus rattus .
