Í þessari skýrslu ætlum við að kynna BSc verkefnið Persónulegur Söluaðstoðarþjarki. Þjarkinn getur aðstoðað notendur við að skoða og kaupa vörur í gegnum samskiptaforritm, notandi daglegt mál. Þjarkinn er gerður í samstarfi við K3 Business Technology Group. Verkefnið er lokaverkefni við Háskólann í Reykjavík, haustönnina 2018.
