Description
Summary:Verkefnið er opið nemendum og starfsfólki Háskólans á Akureyri frá og með 01.01.2010 The project describes three robots, one humanoid and two rovers, where each robot was used for learning and testing. The goals of this project was to built a mars like rover to be able to replicate some of the problems NASA has been dealing with. And create a teleoperations system to operate the rover with. A series of testing where conducted on the motors with and without load. Also tested with power control to see if that would minimize the power usage. The test used two kinds of batteries, alkaline and rechargeable to find out which give more power and which lasts longer. Bluetooth was tested for distance and communication.
