The article provides examples of man-made impacts on the landscape environment, as well as describes the danger they pose for any type of construction. Природный процесс динамики вечной мерзлоты сильно нарушается освоением территории, сопровождающимся резким изменением и уничтожением растительного покрова. В статье приводятся примеры техногенного воздействия на ландшафтную обстановку, а так же описывается опасность, которую они представляют для любого вида строительства.
