Summary:This article analyzes the state of Arctic tourism in the European region of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and Finland. Regional features of tourism development are analyzed, and critical problems that arise in forming tourist clusters are identified. The current state of development of the tourism sector in the North requires a complete comprehensive analysis of the tourist market and its forecasting, a systematic approach to interaction with local authorities in order to create high-quality, safe, and meeting modern international standards of tourist products and their further promotion on the market.
