| Summary: | A SWOT-analysis of the drug regulation sphere was conducted in the northern and Arctic regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The analysis made it possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of this sphere and justify the need to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for its development. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a conceptual framework for the organizational and economic mechanism of the development of the drug regulation sphere in the region that has northern and Arctic territories. Проведен SWOT-анализ сферы обращения лекарственных средств в северных и арктических районах Республики Саха (Якутия), выявлены сильные и слабые стороны этой сферы, ее возможности и угрозы, обоснована необходимость разработки организационно-экономического механизма ее развития. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке концептуальных основ организационно-экономического механизма развития сферы обращения лекарственных средств в регионе, имеющем северные и арктические территории.
