| Summary: | In the given article the theoretical and practical aspects of professional mobility as the integral making of psychological - pedagogical qualities of the future experts are examined. The analysis of the psychological - pedagogical and social - economic data is made with the purpose of specification of concept “professional mobility”. The various points of view of the authors engaged in research of a phenomenon of professional mobility are considered and generalizing recommendations for High Schools on development of professional mobility at students are given on the basis of the researches carried out in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous region – Yugra В статье рассматриваются теоретические и практические аспекты профессиональной мобильности как неотъемлемой составляющей психолого-педагогических качеств будущих специалистов.
