Summary:This object was photographed and inventoried during summer 2017 by Jane Esklidsen '19 and Reagan Alley '18. It was uploaded to DLynx during fall 2018. Please note that the date issued field refers to the date of the digital object's creation. The temporal coverage field contains date information for the actual physical object, when known. This stonecut print on paper was created by an Inuit artist in the Cape Dorset area in 1963. The print depicts a muskox with long hair and black feet. On his head are two thick, long horns. The print is black ink on white paper. The background of the image is solid white. In the bottom right corner is a small red box with characters in it. Underneath the red box is a solid black shape like an upside down U. The image is held by a silver frame.
