The article is also about the security of oil and gas transportation, which fully coincides with the concept of the One Belt and One Road Initiative. Giving a review of the ideas of economic cooperation between China and Russia in the development of the One Belt and One Road Initiative the article states the proposals for joint use of the possibilities of the Northern sea route. There are also given five main areas of cooperation and construction of the "One belt one road" in the article. |
