Admixture coefficients for 238 black rats ( Rattus rattus ) sampled in Haida Gwaii, BC.

Admixture coefficients were calculated using the full ddRAD dataset of 10,770 SNPs (top) or with a reduce GT-seq panel of 428 SNPs (bottom). Estimates were obtained using the snmf() function in the R-package LEA v 2.6.0 [ 52 ] at an optimal k = 9 and averaged over 20 iterations.
