| Summary: | บริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต (บริหารธุรกิจ), 2565 The Study of Cost Reduction Management of Seabass in Cage Koh Yor Subdistrict, Muang District, Songkhla Province. The purpose of this research was to study the culture method, cost reduction and technology of raising seabass in cages of entrepreneurs in Koh Yor Subdistrict, Mueang District, Songkhla Province. This qualitative research was conducted by interviewing a group of 6 White Sea bass farmers of cage farming ,1 fishery scholar in Songkhla and 6 fish dealers the total number was 13 people. The results of cost and revenue analysis of the farmer, total cost and net return were approximately 180,690 and -68,189.83 Bath per cage. Most cash cost was the cost of feed which accounted for 43.40% of total cost. Moreover, most non-cash cost was the depreciation which accounted for 27.66% of total cost. The cost reduction management is recommended to control food but since the price is uncontrollable. so there should be Internet of Things (IoT) technology to reduce the risk of death and to help solve problems which ultimately resulting in an increased survival rate of fish. The results of the research revealed that raising sea bass to reach the desired and complete size required knowledge and experiences, and there were 3 aspects of the conditions, problems and obstacles of White Sea bass cage farming. First, the water quality in the area did not meet the cage farming. Secondly, there were pests (Asian date mussel) of White Sea bass. Thirdly, fish disease.
