Summary:Profile of Ray Therrien, director of the Blueberry Harvest Summer Youth Program, held at the Milbridge Elementary School in Milbridge. The three- to four-week program is one of two established migrant programs in Maine, the other being the six-month Broccoli Harvest School in Aroostook County. Therrien,ss known as a man of energy, good will and persistence, will be a speaker at this year's National Migrant Education Conference. Most of the migrants working the blueberry barrens are Native Americans from the Big Cove reservation in New Brunswick, the Eskazoni Reservation on Cape Breton Island and the Passamaquoddy reservations at Indian Township and Pleasant Point.
