Ovaj završni rada govori o Europskoj poduzetničkoj mreži i njezinom načinu funkcioniranja kao i prednosti koje mala i srednja poduzeća mogu iskoristiti u svrhu osobnog razvoja koji pridonosi i Hrvatskom gospodarstvu. Početak rada opisuje samu bit Europske poduzetničke mreže i na koji način pomaže poduzetnicima svojim radom. Zatim se opisuju sektorske grupe putem kojih poduzetnici dobivaju stručne informacije od stručnjaka iz svog sektora djelovanja. U nastavku nabrojane su i opisane usluge koje pruža EEN te nakon njih i sami izvori financiranja koje pruža mreža koja su često poduzećima malog i srednjeg poduzetništva od velikog značaja za samu realizaciju ideja i napretka. Opisuje se kako funkcioniraju i kako se stvaraju i ugovaraju partnerstva te kakva su ona u Republici Hrvatskoj odnosno na kojim regijama u zemlji djeluje koja agencija/institucija od strane Europske poduzetničke mreže. S druge strane iznesen je rezime stanja gospodarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj putem određenih parametara. Opisana je struktura Hrvatskog gospodarstva i stanje sektora malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, a zatim i položaj same zemlje u Europskoj uniji kako bi se dobila slika čime Republika Hrvatska raspolaže i na konto stanja u što treba uložiti odnosno u kojem djelu može pomoći Europska poduzetnička mreža. Zadnje poglavlje spaja prethodne dvije cjeline obzirom na utvrđene mogućnosti Europske poduzetničke mreže kao i stanja i strukture Hrvatskog gospodarstva i malog i srednjeg poduzetništva kako mogu sinergijski iskoristiti mogućnosti za razvoj i samo povećanje konkurentnosti. Na samome kraju iznesen je zaključak na temelju prethodno navedenih obrađenih poglavlja uz relevantne izvore podataka. This final paper discusses the European Enterpise Network and its activities, as well as the benefits that SMEs can use for their personal development, which at the same time contributes to the Croatian economy. In the beginning, there is a description of the essence of the European Enterprise Network and the way it helps entrepreneurs with its work. Afterwards, the paper describes the sectoral groups with the help of which entrepreneurs can get information from experts in the particular area. Here is also a list of the services provided by the EEN as well as the funding sources which help SMEs in order to achieve their goals and show some progress. In addition, this paper describes how things work in partnerships, how they are created and contracted, especially if we are talking about the Republic of Croatia. In this part you can find out which European Enterprise Network agency or institution is resposible for the certain region of the country. Here is also presented the summary of the Croatian economy according to certain parameters, as well as the description of the Croatian economy structure and the SME sector state, and afterwards the position of the country in the European Union in order to see in what ways European Enterprise Network can help. The last chapter brings together the previous two sections considering the capabilities of the European Enterprise Network, as well as the status and structure of the Croatian economy and small and medium-sized enterprises so that they can synergistically exploit opportunities for development and only increase competitiveness. At the end of all, there is a conclusion that has been drawn according to listed processed chapters, alongside with relevant data sources.
