Automatic control of the silicon microring OSR and multiplexer in DML-based WDM transmitter for 40G TWDM-PON OLT
We present a control system for wavelength stabilization of silicon MRR used to improve ER in a four-channel DML-based transmitter. The ER enhancement is achieved with automatic control and the sensitivity of the system is better than-28 dBm at 10-3 BER after 40-km transmission.
