Summary:Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area Ugra is one of the distinctive regions of Russia. There has always been cultural background with its own unique set of values on top of its richest terrestrial bowels. Polyethnic originality is reflected in modern vital activities of Ugra despite the intensive development of its mineral resources and the influence of globalization processes. And nowadays the revival, preservation and development of national and original cultures of Indigenous Minorities of North People is one of the main goals of the implementation of state and regional policy in fields of culture and education. Ханты-Мансийский автономный округ Югра - один из самобытных регионов России. Поверх его богатейших недр всегда существовал культурный пласт со своим неповторимым набором ценностей. Несмотря на интенсивное освоение недр Югры и влияние процессов глобализации, полиэтническая самобытность находит отражение в современных процессах жизнедеятельности, а возрождение, сохранение и развитие национальных и самобытных культур коренных малочисленных народов Севера сегодня является одной из основных задач в реализации государственной и региональной политики в сфере культуры и образования.
