Summary:BH's copy of the reply to the USIA circular requesting assistance with his film Eulogy to 5:02. Quito's weather on May 18th is reported as well as the fact there were no local news sources in English. Rangoon's weather on May 18th is reported along with an offer to send footage taken of intermittent lightning flashes against the silhouette of a pagodas, a condition typical of that time of year. News sources forwarded to the USIA are not in the file. Reykjavik's weather on May l8th is reported, but an added note by Betty Clark states the English summary of newspaper articles mentioned in the memo was not received by the USIA.
