Radiocarbon age dating of bulk sediments from sediment core EN20001 from Lake Khamra

This dataset comprises of the results of radiocarbon-based (14C) determination of age from sediment core EN20001, retrieved from Lake Khamra, SW Yakutia. Dating was conducted from 38 bulk sediment samples, including surface sample (EN20003) for reservoir effect estimation. Dating was conducted and a...

Description
Summary:This dataset comprises of the results of radiocarbon-based (14C) determination of age from sediment core EN20001, retrieved from Lake Khamra, SW Yakutia. Dating was conducted from 38 bulk sediment samples, including surface sample (EN20003) for reservoir effect estimation. Dating was conducted and analyzed by accelerator mass spectrometry with the Mini Carbon Dating System (MICADAS) at Alfred Wegener Institute, Bremerhaven. This study was additionally supported by a short-term grant (not numbered) from AWI Graduate School (POLMAR), and PhD Completion Scholarship (not numbered) provided by University of Potsdam.
