Description
Summary:Research expedition PS130/2 took place from 22nd of May 2022 (Las Palmas, Spain) to the 29th of May (Bremerhaven, Germany). Physical oceanographical data for a single station was recorded (Seasave V 7.23.1) using a Seabird Electronics SBE911 plus CTD mounted in a SBE water sampler rosette. The file contains the data for pressure (SN 0485), temperature (SN 2417 & SN 2460), conductivity (SN 2054 & SN2055), salinity, density and dissolved oxygen concentration (SN 0880) for the downcast of the instrument. Raw data were processed (SBE Data Processing V 7.26.2.14) according to Seabird recommendations which are filtering of pressure data (0.15 s), hysteresis correction for oxygen (default values from instrument configuration file), cell thermal mass correction (default values) and loop edit (default values). For redundant sensors only the average is reported. The file contains the bad data flag (Flag SBE), derived from the SBE Data Processing software, invalidating the values of all sensors of the respective scans as well as an individual flag for each parameter resulting from the recommendations for real-time data processing of EuroGOOS and GTSPP and the outlier detection method CoTeDe (https://github.com/castelao/CoTeDe). Details for these procedures are included in the file header.
