Model EEMs and loading for five PARAFAC components based on the MOSAiC expedition 2019/2020, Norwegian young sea ICE (N ICE2015) expedition in 2015 and TA19_4 expedition in 2019

The fluorescence excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) for MOSAiC, N ICE2015 and TA19_4 expeditions were measured using a spectrofluorometer (Aqualog, Horiba) equipped with a charge-coupled device (CCD) detector. Then the EEMs data for MOSAiC, N ICE2015 and TA19_4 expeditions were decomposed into five...

Description
Summary:The fluorescence excitation-emission matrices (EEMs) for MOSAiC, N ICE2015 and TA19_4 expeditions were measured using a spectrofluorometer (Aqualog, Horiba) equipped with a charge-coupled device (CCD) detector. Then the EEMs data for MOSAiC, N ICE2015 and TA19_4 expeditions were decomposed into five individual fluorescent components C475, C440, C395, C340, and C320 (named by its fluorescence emission maxima). The Model EEMs and loading for five PARAFAC components was presented here. The components in the model were normalized according to their maximum fluorescence (Fmax).
