Ice Tethered Profiler (ITP) data and drift of sea ice from buoy 2019W2 (ITP94), deployed during MOSAiC 2019/20

Vertical profiles of water temperature, pressure and salinity were measured by the Ice Tethered Profiler (ITP) buoy 2019W2, a.k.a. ITP94, an autonomous platform, installed on drifting sea ice in the Arctic Ocean during MOSAiC (Leg 1) 2019/20. The resulting time series describes the vertical ocean pr...

Description
Summary:Vertical profiles of water temperature, pressure and salinity were measured by the Ice Tethered Profiler (ITP) buoy 2019W2, a.k.a. ITP94, an autonomous platform, installed on drifting sea ice in the Arctic Ocean during MOSAiC (Leg 1) 2019/20. The resulting time series describes the vertical ocean profile below sea ice as a function of place and time between 07 October 2019 and 18 August 2020 in sample intervals of 6 hours. In addition, the ITP measured profiles of dissolved oxygen, turbidity, chlorophyll, colored dissolved organic matter and photosynthetically active radiation. Futhermore, GPS position was measured at hourly intervals.
