Description
Summary:Time series data of physical oceanography (seawater conductivity, temperature, pressure, salinity) and ocean current velocities were obtained from mooring AWI254-3 in Filchner Trough (75° 57.68' S, 31° 29.79' W, water depth 606 m) in February 2018 - March 2021. The mooring was deployed during Polarstern expedition PS111, and recovered during PS124. The attached archive contains raw data files of 2 Seabird SBE37 microcats (nominal depths: 28 mab (meters above bottom), 201 mab; sampling interval 30 min), 5 SBE56 (53, 78, 125, 145, 165 mab; sampling interval: 5 min), 1 Nortek Aquadopp (depth: 206 mab; sampling interval: 120 min) and 1 Aanderaa current meter (depth: 18 mab; sampling interval: 120 min). A Sonovault sound recorder included in the mooring did not return data. Auxiliary information such as sensor calibration sheets, mooring diagrams and schedule files are also provided, if applicable.
