FISP/FISS Filcher Ronne Ice Shelf cavity (Southern Weddell Sea, Antartcica) oceanographic mooring and ice shelf basal melt rate radar data from 2015 to 2019, processed and low-pass filtered

Time series of multi-annual (2015-2019) in-situ measurements of ocean hydrography (temperature, salinity) and ocean current velocities from five hot-water borehole deployed moorings inside the Filchner Ronne Ice Shelf cavity (Southern Weddell Sea, Antartcica), and adjacent ice shelf basal melting ra...

Description
Summary:Time series of multi-annual (2015-2019) in-situ measurements of ocean hydrography (temperature, salinity) and ocean current velocities from five hot-water borehole deployed moorings inside the Filchner Ronne Ice Shelf cavity (Southern Weddell Sea, Antartcica), and adjacent ice shelf basal melting radar data (ApRES). Instrument raw data that has been collected as part of the joint FISP (AWI) and FISS (BAS) project has been processed, low pass filtered and interpolated onto a common time axis for synoptic analysis presented in Observed interannual changes beneath Filchner-Ronne Ice Shelf linked to large scale atmospheric circulation by T. Hattermann et al. (accepted).
