The postcard of the Eskimo Inn was sent to Marietta Moore to her parents in Creston Iowa. She states that she shipped items home including a laundry case. [before laudromats it was not uncommon to ship laundry home dirty and returned clean]. Marietta was a college student summer employee at Winona Lake. Marietta graduated from Wheaton College in 1943 with a degree in English and Latin. She was married in 1953 to Don Southwood. She died on April 1, 2005 in Iowa.
