Description
Summary:Photosynthetic parameters Vcmax and Jmax estimated from CO2 response curves, and dark respiration on a subset of samples. Data were collected at the Kougarok and Teller study sites on the Seward Peninsula, AK, USA in July 2019. Four species were measured: Alnus viridis ssp. fruticosa, Salix richardsonii and Salix pulchra. To allow for future reanalysis of our data, and to maximize further use of it by the modelling community, all our data including raw gas exchange data is available. dGPS coordinates of sampled shrubs are included. Sample IDs may be cross referenced against spectral and root trait data collected simultaneously on the same shrubs. See related data sets by Serbin et al, and Salmon et al for this data.
