Description
Summary:This dataset includes chemical characterization data for four soil cores (organic horizon) collected in August 2014 from beneath two vegetation types (Eriophorum angustifolium and Carex aquatilis) from the centers of a low-centered and high-centered polygon at NGEE Areas A and B, respectively, on the Barrow Environmental Observatory near Barrow, Alaska. Measurements include gravimetric soil water content, total carbon and nitrogen, total organic carbon, and metabolomics data (low molecular weight organics).
