Description
Summary:The evolution of DNA sequencing technologies (NextGen Sequencing), in terms of cost and amount of data, leads to an inflow of sequence for which adaptation of bioinformatics tools and processing policy are necessary. A typical project in genomics includes nowadays the sequencing of the genomes of species, evolutionary related to a reference species. Thus, annotation of genome sequences by the Génolevures Consortium becomes automatic, in the framework of its new projects. Caractérisation Astronomique du Site du Dôme C en Antarctique
