In the foreground is a round metal pot with handle that contains fish. Two pots, one square and the other round, are situated next to the fish-filled metal pot. The woman wears a light-colored garment that is lined with fur around the neck and sleeve openings. In the background a wooden canoe is proppped up on its side with a stick and and is covered with a tarp. A bundle of rope is hanging from the inside of the canoe.
