Summary:This project was designed to equip selected leaders of New Dawn Baptist Church, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, with servant leadership skills. The leaders were to acquire knowledge and comprehension of the meaning, value, and skills of servant leadership. The Project Director designed a training manual and taught these leaders to use servant leadership as the preferred biblical style for leadership. He deployed a series of pretests and posttests to determine if the project accomplished its purpose, along with other tools of measurement. The results indicated that participants improved their understanding by 11.91 percent by the end of the training.
