The Glaciological Data Reduction Center at The Ohio State University Research Foundation in Columbus, Ohio, is processing data obtained in the Antarctic during the International Geophysical Year, Reports will be printed as the material is completed. Report No, 1 will consist of data obtained by the first phase, 1957-1958, and Report No. 2 will be data collected during the second phase, 1958-1959. This volume is part I of Report No. 1 and contains data compiled by glaciologists and geologists at Ellsworth Station and South Pole Station, and on the Airborne Traverse, The majority of the material is "raw" data but some analysis has been done on certain sections, Wilkes Station and Marie Byrd Station data will be printed as Parts II and III of Report No. 1.
