First occurrence of two invasive species in the Somme River: the pink salmon and the Western tubenose goby

International audience The 21 July and 14 October 2021, two new species were observed in the Somme River according to the survey of the Departmental Federation of Angling and Protection of Aquatic Environments of the Somme: the pink salmon Oncorhynchus gorbuscha in the video-counting system at Amiens, and the Western tubenose goby Proterorhinusse miluranis at Daours. These two species have invaded Europe since these last decades, including North-West of France. Consequences on the native fauna is also discussed. Les 21 juillet et 14 octobre 2021, deux nouvelles espèces de poissons ont été observées dans le fleuve Somme grâce au suivi de la Fédérationdépartementale de la Pêche et de la Protection des Milieux aquatiques de la Somme : le Saumon rose du Pacifique Oncorhynchus gorbuscha dans lesystème de vidéo-comptage à Amiens, et le Gobie demi-lune Proterorhinusse miluranis à Daours. Ces deux espèces envahissent l’Europe depuis cesdernières décennies, dont le Nord-Ouest de la France. Les conséquences sur la faune native sont également discutées.
