Summary:Results of the long-term studies of the morpho-functional state in the turbot Scophthalmus maeoticus maeoticus breeders from the north-eastern part of the Black Sea during the pre-spawn, spawning and post-spawn periods are presented. In the investigated turbot individuals, indices of their liver and gonads, as well as the content of proteins and lipids in these organs and in their blood changed in accordance with endogenous rhythms of maturation and expulsion of reproductive products during spawning. In the running-ripe eggs, concentration of proteins and lipids varied over a wide range. Decreasing indices along with the signs of liver resources depletion have been recorded in large-sized females, spawning at high water temperatures. The description of normal values and identified deviations is presented and proposed to be used as a basis for the assessment of the variability of fish physiological state during its maturation in natural and aquaculture environment. Приведены результаты многолетних исследований морфофункциональных показателей у производителей калкана Scophthalmus maeoticus maeoticus из северо-восточной части Черного моря в преднерестовый, нерестовый и постнерестовый периоды. Изменение индексов печени и гонад, содержания в этих органах и крови белка и липидов происходит в соответствии с эндогенными ритмами созревания и вымета половых продуктов. В текучей икре концентрация белка и липидов варьирует в широких пределах. Снижение показателей наряду с признаками истощения ресурсов печени отмечается у крупноразмерных самок, нерестящихся при повышенной температуре воды. Представленное описание нормы и выявленных отклонений предлагается использовать как основу для оценки изменчивости физиологического состояния рыб при их созревании в естественных и индустриальных условиях.
