U ovom radu opisan je mjerno upravljački sustav javnog parkinga. Upravljanje je realizirano korištenjem programibilnog logičnog kontrolera tvrtke Siemens serije S7-200. Programski paket koji se koristio prilikom izrade projekta je STEP-7 Micro/WIN 32. U radu je objašnjena problematika javnog parkinga, definiran je i opisan programibilni logički kontroler, princip rada i ljestvičasti dijagram koji se koristio za realizaciju programskog koda. Prikazan je i sami programski kod preko kojeg se vrši upravljanje javnim parkingom. In this thesis the measurement and control system of public parking system is presented. The controlling is realized using the Siemens series S7-200 programmable logic controller. The application which is used to create a project is STEP-7 Micro/WIN 32. In the thesis the problem definition of public parking system is described and presented, the programmable logic controller is also described, with its principle of operation and the ladder diagram which was used to realize the program code. The program code itself is shown trough which the control of public parking system is done.
