Perfekcionizam – pedagoški pristup i utjecaj na mlade flautiste

Težnja za savršenstvom jedna je od čestih usmjerenja misli u struci glazbe. Zbog perfekcionističkog stanja uma, osoba je rijetko zadovoljna svojom izvedbom i vlastitim sposobnostima. Glazbenici kroz školovanje i struku konstantno rade na vlastitim vještinama. Često usavršavaju svoje mogućnosti i teže kvaliteti sviranja izvan određenih granica 'normalnog'. Cilj ovog rada bio je istražiti prisutnost perfekcionizma kod flautista te potiče li pedagoški pristup razvoj perfekcionizma kod mladih flautista. Istraživanje je provedeno anketnim upitnikom putem interneta te je 65 flautista ispunilo određeni obrazac. Prva hipoteza navodi da većina flautista pokazuje znakove perfekcionizma, a druga da nastavnici imaju utjecaj na razvoj perfekcionizma kod svojih učenika. Rezultati ispitanika potvrdili su prvu hipotezu, međutim druga hipoteza nije potvrđena. Samim time, prikazana je različitost iskustva ispitanika te odnosa kojeg su imali s nastavnicima flaute. Zaključno većina flautista pokazuje znakove perfekcionizma te se istovremeno ne slažu s pedagoškim tehnikama koje potiču sami razvoj perfekcionizma kod djece. The pursuit of perfection is one of the frequent orientations of thought in the profession of music. Due to the perfectionist state of mind, a person is rarely satisfied with their performance and their own abilities. Musicians constantly work on their own skills through schooling and the profession of music. They often refine their capabilities and strive for the quality of playing beyond certain limits of the ‘normal’'. The aim of this paper was to investigate the presence of perfectionism in flutists and whether the pedagogical approach encourages the development of perfectionism in young flutists. The survey was conducted online and 65 flutists completed a specific form. The first hypothesis states that most flutists show signs of perfectionism, and the second that teachers have an impact on the development of perfectionism in their students.
