Description
Summary:Summary This bachelor thesis describes a cottage housing development project. The foundation of this project is based on an assignment given by Lurøy Bygg. Lurøy Bygg wants to develop 21 cottages and 18 boathouses. Both the cottages and boathouses will be raised using pre-fabricated elements, where the elements are produced in-house. The purpose of the project is to develop a field of cottages in collaboration with Lurøy Bygg. The project will be endeavored to satisfy Lurøy Bygg’s needs and vision, and at the same time being developed according to Lurøy municipality’s guidelines and the law. The motivation off the work is based on an opportunity to develop a project from idea until the construction begins. The 21 cottages come in three different sizes, named “Hytte A”, Hytte B” and “Hytte C”. The 18 boathouses named “Båthus D”, all have the same size and shape. The report consists of a regulation plan for the given area, drawing materials supported by calculations and justification of the choices that have been made, as well as complete cost calculation for the execution of the project. Attached to the report there are complete detailed projections of “Hytte A”, “Hytte B” and “Båthus D”. This entails building plans, sections, facades, details and element drawings. “Hytte C” is not completely projected as the cottage is an addition to the project from Lurøy Bygg. “Hytte C” have complete building plans, but no details or element drawings. All the drawings for the different buildings are supported by a theoretical foundation. Since the area where the field of cottages are to be built is not regulated for recreational purposes, a regulatory plan is required for the municipality’s approval. With an own regulatory plan for the area, there will not be a need for dispensation applications. The regulation plan proposal specifies the use of the area, as well as the protection of the environmental surroundings.
