個人專業程度、人際溝通能力與個人創造力之相關研究—以學術機構研究者為例

Summary:國立臺灣科技大學科技管理所 學位:碩士 指導教授:廖文志 本研究之目的旨在探討台灣科技大學電資學院電子及電機工程研究所的研究生,其個人專業程度及人際溝通能力與個人創造力之關係;此外,亦探討研究生之年齡及工作年資的相異,是否對其創造力產生差異;而本研究之結果,希冀能做為台灣高科技產業於甄選人才時,一個有效的衡量工具。 本研究之變項包含個人專業程度、人際溝通能力與個人創造力,分別以尤幸弘根據Amabile的創造力成份理論所編製之量表,王彥程根據Duran 和 Kelly、Canary 和 Spitzberg而發展出之人際溝通能力量表,與Zhou 和 George所發展之創造力量表,做為本研究進行問卷調查的衡量工具。 研究結果顯示,樣本之個人專業程度與人際溝通能力對個人創造力有正向影響,而個人專業程度亦可透過人際溝通能力對個人創造力產生間接效果的影響,至於不同年齡及工作年資之研究生,其個人創造力並不會產生顯著差異;因此,研究生應加強個人專業程度與人際溝通能力,以提升個人創造力之表現。 Based on a postgraduate of department of electronic engineering and department of electrical engineering at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, this research examined the relations among postgraduates’ degree of expertise, interpersonal communications and their creativity. Furthermore, this research also examined whether postgraduates’ age and seniority was significant effect to creativity. By using Pearson correlation method and multiple regression method to examine the outcomes from 102 effective questionnaires, the study showed that expertise (including knowledge and skill) partially related to their creativity, and interpersonal communications (including fervent, wit and appropriateness) also partially related to their creativity. By using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to examined the outcomes from 102 effective questionnaires, the study showed that there was no significant difference between “age and creativity”, and “seniority and creativity.” The most important aspect was that the first and second hypothesis, it had partially relationship between “expertise and creativity”, and “interpersonal communications and creativity”, so postgraduate ought to enhance their expertise and interpersonal communications, then their creativity should be risen.
