| Summary: | This article discusses the problems of Earth interior and land use legal regulation processes that have North’ indigenous smaller peoples in Yamalo-Nenets autonomous okrug. Also it contains advisement of their traditional culture legal protection and questions of North’ indigenous smaller peoples representations in authorities. В статье рассмотрены проблемы нормативного регулирования процессов недро- и землепользования, осуществляемого коренными малочисленными народами Севера, проживающими на территории Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа РФ, правовой охраны их традиционной культуры, обсуждаются вопросы представительства коренных малочисленных народов в органах власти.
