| Summary: | The Eurasian consciousness is a way of self-realization, survival and development of the peoples of Russia, the rallying ground through which a representative of any ethnicity is identified as a representative of one nation and common mentality, and is the basis by which a representative of any nationality is perceived (identified) abroad as a representative of one nation and common mentality, and is referred to as «Russian». Interethnic relations of the population of Siberia have historically evolved as both Russian and Eurasian in their spirit. The spiritual basis of the Eurasianism as a historical phenomenon includes interaction of cultures of the peoples of the European and Asian parts of Russia. Евразийское сознание является способом самореализации, выживания и развития народов России, тем объединяющим основанием, благодаря которому представитель любой национальности идентифицируется как представитель единой нации, единого менталитета и является основанием, благодаря которому представитель любой национальности воспринимается (идентифицируется) за рубежом как представитель единого народа, единого менталитета и обозначается как «русский». Межэтнические отношения населения Сибири исторически складывались как российско-евразийские по своему духу. В духовной основе евразийства как исторического явления лежит взаимодействие культур народов, населяющих европейскую и азиатскую части России.
