Ole A. Myrvik was born at Bird Island, Minnesota in 1873 to Norwegian immigrant parents from Sorranen, Norway. In 1882 the family came to Walsh County, N.D. Ole homesteaded near Milton, N.D. In 1894 he married Martha Flom. She was born in 1872 in Iowa to Norwegian immigrant parents. Ole and Martha had eight children. Ole died in 1952 and Martha in 1932. "Ole Myrvik Family."
