Work-ing with him are Clara Lillehau-gen, Alta Schreiber, Phyllis John-son, Calvin Sibelius, Maurice Skones and Vernon Grinaker. Ralph Wallin is chairman of the program committee which in-cludes Marian Hoskin, Mavis Tor-grimson. Eunice Satermot Olivia Tufte and Grinaker. Decorations are to be planned by Johnson who will be assisted by Arthur Solheim, Blanche Rock-ne and Virginia Nielsen. Elaine Baron and Norma Jeanne Twait are in charge of the re-freshments. OTD Has Banquet Honoring Seniors Acting as hostesses to the sen-iors of Omicron Tau Delta, the home economics sorority, junior members honored them at a ban-quet last night at 6:30 in North lounge of Fjelstad hall. "Hats," the theme of the ban-quet, was carried out in decora-tions, programs and invitations. Heading this committee was Ruth Baukol, with Anne Omundson, Mabel Lee, Ruth Lehman and Clara Lillehaugen working with her. Alta Schreiber, chairman of the food committee, was assisted by Adeline Mourn and Audrie Buttke. Ella Schryver acted as toast-mistress for the program, which included a "History of the Senior Home Economics Class" given by Vivian Thorkelson and the class will and prophecy by Arlys John-son. Musical numbers were pre-sented by Miss Omundson, vocal soloist, and Margaret Syverson, piano soloist. An instrumental duet by Marilyn Swanstrom and Nor-ma Jeanne Twait and a vocal duet by Miss Lillehaugen and Delia Gilbertson were also presented. Guests of OTD were Misses Amy Erfckson, Lorraine Thorson, Cora Martinson, A. Dorothea Nevramon, Mrs. Eleanor Bue and the adviser, Miss Florence Kru-ger. Scholastic Society To Hold Breakfast Alpha society, honorary scholas-tic fraternity, will conclude this year's activities with a breakfast to be held in the college cafeteria Monday, June 3, at eight o'clock. At that time there will be a re-gular business meeting and elec-tion of officers for the next school year. Present officers of the or-ganization are Mr. C. I. Bjertness To Wed Stenehjem In June Mrs. C. S. Thorpe of Minneapo-lis announces the marriage of her daughter, Adelaide Bjertness, to Philip M. Stenehjem of Williston, N. D., to take place on June 11. Dr. C. S. Thorpe of the University Lutheran church of Hope, Minne-apolis, will perform the ceremony. Margie Anderson and Jean Dahling will be bridesmaids. Rob-ert Salveson ex '45, will be best man and Ansgar Rykken, Ronald Johnson, Don Hagen, ushers, all of Concordia. Cathryn Wambheim will sing at the wedding ceremo-ny, and Richard Hoffland will sing at the reception. Miriam Aas and Vivian Thor-kelson will pour at the reception. Six AC Women Are Guests Six women frem the NDAC home economics house were guests at the Concordia practice house last Monday evening. Cake and coffee were served while they discussed and compared the two practice houses. Joan Heinz To Head Fjelstad Hall Conncil Announcement of the Fjelstad hall council for the school year 1946-47 was made at a dorm par-ty Monday night. Those who have been elected are Joan Heinz, pres-ident; Virginia Omlie, vice presi-dent; and Dorothy Helland, secre-tary- treasurer. Other seniors on the council are Berniece Samdahl, Blanche Rock-ne and Donna Peterson. Junior members will be Isobel Fedje and Marinda Thompson and the so-phomore will be Marlys Stenson. Grose hall will retain the offi-cers who were elected in February and South hall will elect a new council next fall. Johnson Is NSR President Elect Heading Nu Sigma Rho for the first semester next year will be Phyllis Johnson, newly elected president. Gregor-Lee Vows Will Be Spoken Mr* and Mrs. A. A. Gregor of Leeds, N. D., announce the ap-proaching marriage of their daughter, Ardyce to Joseph E. Lee of Litchville, N. D., on June 25. Rev. J. E. Luther League To Install New Officers LUTHER LEAGUE Next Sunday evening at 5:30 a Luther League picnic will be held at the Oak Grove park in Fargo. Newly, elected officers will be in-stalled at that time. Those who have been elected are Ragnar Teigen, president; Phyllis Johnson, vice president; Phyllis Hanson, secretary; and Ralph Livdahl, treasurer. Speakers will be Teigen and Thomas Williamson. The devo-tional leader will be Orren Kesler and there will also be special mu-sic. Buses will be in front of the Main building at 5:15 and tickets for the picnic will be on sale in the cafeteria on Friday. MEN'S FELLOWSHIP At their last meeting of the season Wednesday, Men's Fellow-ship members elected Calvin Berg president. Otto Schmitt was elect-ed vice president and Orlin Ness, secretary. Raymond Farden led in a re-view of the semester's work and Calvin Berg had devotions. Group singing concluded the program. LDH Newly elected officers were in-stalled at the regular LDR meet-ing last Wednesday evening. Pre-senting the topic was Viola Ander-son, who spoke on "Church Sym-bols." A report was given by Ade-laide Klyve on the LDR circuit convention at Halstad. Audrey Nordstag played a pi-ano solo and Dorothy Mae Gil-bertson sang. The devotional lead-er was Mildred Eastvold. Ruth Gronhovd read the offertory and the pianist was Betty Gilbertson. MISSION CRUSADERS Ronald Soderquist, newly elect-ed president, and Clarence Modin, retiring president, will toe the speakers at Mission Crusade Sunday morning at 8:45 in lounge of Fjelstad hall. Other officers elected last Sun-day are Otto Schmitt, vice presi-dent; Geneva Jensen, secretary; and Orville Sunde, treasurer. A mixed quartet composed of Ragnar and Dewey Teigen, Anne Omundson and Grace Barbie will sing, and Virginia Dale will sing a vocal solo. Berniece Samdahl will lead in devotions. Zeta Sig To Have Banquet At Graver The Star room of the Graver hotel will be the scene of the Zeta Sigma Pi banquet on Wednesday, May 29, at 6:30 p. m. Acting as toastmaster will be Arthur Solheim. Iola Bjerke will play a piano solo and a vocal solo will be sung by Isabelle Gebhard. Verna Scott, and Lillian Hilmo will present their research papers at that time. Alumni of the society living in Fargo and Moorhead will also at-tend. Officers for the coming year will be elected.
